You are welcome, Pat. Yes, stress worsens problems! Relaxation definitely helps with healing and should really be a part of any healing program. Doing the meditation regularly and a couple times a day certainly increases its effect. Of course, it's not a substitute for the other kinds of medical attention someone might need. (I always feel I need to mention that as when I use the word healing about one of my meditations.) I wish you well with your healing process and hope that it can be as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Blessings to you! Mary

I want to thank you for your podcasts. I never felt so soothed or felt such calm when hearing your voice. I am trying to heal my body (lungs) and I feel stress really worsens the problem. I will listen to this several times a day hoping I can get my health back. Many Blessings to you.. Pat

Dear Mary I am a recovering alcoholic and have been using your podcasts to assist me in this journey. I am now meditating every morning/evening. Along with regular AA meetings this program is assisting me greatly with my journey of recovery. I am now looking at how to further enhance my spiritual life. Thank you so much for your free podcasts - they have been an "essential" item for my daily peace of mind. Thank you Jenny

Mary, What a gift, your podcasts--thank you so much. I listen to them on my ipod and feel comforted by your voice. The meditations have been such a blessing as I am home alone healing from surgery.
