Designer tip for your scrapbook page ideas

I always love to get the focus on a page to the photo that I´m scrapping. I often use the multiply modus for this. Just duplicate the BG (or any other paper you wanna use) you´re using and set it to “multiply”. Then play with the opacitiy and use a smooth eraser in the part you want to highlight on your page! This is a easy trick, but can be very effective sometimes!

Find It Quickly: Digital Scrapbook Kit Storage & Organization

What do you do when you've got so many digi scrap supplies on your computer? How long does it take you to find them?

Here's a top class tutorial on how you can effectively organise your digital scrapbook supplies

One of the first things I considered when I started digi-scrapping was the tracking of my kits – who is the designer and where did I buy the kit.  I also had to consider “how” I scrap.  I’m pretty much a kit scrapper.  I like things to coordinate and I have limited time to scrap.  Hunting and pecking through all of my kits for elements to go together isn’t really an option.  I also wanted a means of keeping my digital scrapbooking stuff separate from everything else on my computer.  So that is where I started:

Perfectly Fitted (Photoshop)

I love frames. I really love old frames. Frames come in all sizes and shapes: stamp frames, oval frames, rectangle frames, square frames, heart frames. Get the picture? When trying to fit my picture into the frame, I worry about space showing. You know, the space where your picture ends and the frame starts. There is an easy way to fix this.
