Dear Tom This is the type of information that should be required reading by all agents new and old. Most agents don't give a thought to the quality of their performance much less think about the reputation of our industry. I have heard so many times over the last 50 yrs in the business, an agent say, well I am just working for (my) client. I believe it is my responsibilty to protect both clients. If one client ends up dissatisfied with our performance we have failed our clients, our selves and our profession. Makeing sure both clients are happy helps the reputation of the entire industry.
