MarkN - thanks much for making it so clear how to get the video playing online.

To view the interview in Firefox: 1. Go to the link George provided above. 2. Right click on "Watch Program". 3. Select the "Open in a New Tab" option. You may have to open the new tab and tell Firefox that it's OK to view pop-ups. 4. Then go back to the first tab and click again on "Watch Program". I don't know why, but this works.

George - Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the interview. I hope you get a kick out of Terrorism & Tyranny. I have the first chapter on my webpage, - along with links to a bunch of excerpt and spinoff articles. A lot of places may have chosen not to do reviews of Terrorism & Tyranny because they considered it too cynical about the war on terror and the Bush administration. Unfortunately, the book is not out of date. A Spanish edition of the book is out, and I am told that an Arabic edition is pending (assuming that the Israeli Air Force did not flatten the publisher in Beirut).

You're welcome. Jim, I just finished watching the interview online. It was very good. I have read two of your books, but not "Terrorism and Tyranny" yet....but it is on my list. (So many books...but so little time.)

The interview aired sometime last night. I received some friendly emails from folks who caught it for the first time. Here is part of one message - "I awoke in the middle of the night tonight. My strange brain had taken me to a place I had never been before: I was lying there convinced that significant parts of the Bush Administration knew about the 9/11/01 attacks ahead of time and, in fact, I was convincing myself that Rove or others planned the whole thing. "So rather than stew & stew on something like that, I got up and surfed the cable TV channels for anything that sounded semi-intelligent. "You and Brian Lamb were sitting & chatting ... taped in Sept. 2003... I had never seen or heard you before. Quite interesting. Nice interview. Tyranny... probably sold a few more copies...." ****** Always happy to pass the "semi-intelligent" test in the middle of the night. :)

The FBI reportedly doubled the number of agents assigned to investigating corruption on Capitol Hill. Maybe the C SPAN 3 is there to help assure live coverage of coming indictments? I rechecked the schedule a few minutes ago - nothing on the Booknotes re-air, but a re-air of a hearing on anthrax. I presume that any juxtaposition of my interview and anthrax allegations was strictly coincidental.

There's so much government in Washington, they need 3 C-SPANs?

At this point, I am 0-for-3 on C SPAN. Most folks don't get C SPAN 3, but, just in case....

I don't have C-SPAN 3. :( (Only 1 and 2)
