Dale is a retired California rocket scientist whose company, Combustion Power, attempted to introduce two alternative fuel technologies in the late 60s and early 70s. "Hyox" was an oxygen boosting system along with water injection, used as a pollution reduction technology. The company also devised a compressed hydrogen and oxygen fuel system utilizing electrolysis.
