RvBug Is A Social Network for RV Owners Mon, 05 Jan 2009 14:57:00 +0000 ![]() A few days ago I receive an email invitation to join a new social networking community called RVBUG. I don't own an RV so I haven't joined yet but I think it's really neat to have an RV social network exists. Now, if and when I decide to go on a little RVing trip, I feel I can get a more in depth look at what I can REALLY expect on my little adventure. RVBUG is absolutely free to join and it only takes a few minutes to create your own profile. Once you web space is created, you cam decide if you want to share it with friends and family only or share it with the entire community. Members can share their RV experiences on the Web and meet other RVers, share photos and videos of their RV travels and experiences with other fellow RVers. Members of RVBUG can post blogs, participate in RV forums or join discussion groups with RVers who have the same specific RV interests as you. They can find RV events, start their own RV journal and share it with their friends. RVBUG has less than 1000 members but I expect to see this social networking community to continue to grow once Rv owners learn about its existence.
My Social Networking Update Fri, 02 Jan 2009 21:02:00 +0000 Shareapic isn't a social network but over the past couple of months I have been using the photo albums I created in a number of social networking communities I belong to. In mid December I shared my current earning stats. My earnings were a little over $16.00. Two weeks later, I am a few pennies shy of $18.00. It may not seem like much but considering the fact I was NOT making any money for sharing photographs and dropping comments and now I am. It works for me! I only wished I would have thought of it earlier. My goal is to continue to add Shareapic albums to all my social networking communities. Lazzeo was experiencing a lot of technical issues in the month of December. It seems to be good to go now though. Bizpreneur.com is still dead in the water. The site has been down for close to two months. No idea if it will ever return. Adlandpro has a social networking community. I joined a long time ago and found the experience very confusing. I decided to give it another shot and subscribed to the tutorial series. I still haven't finished reading it yet. That's about it. Now that the holidays are behind me, I am hoping to get busy with my social networking projects.
Happy New Year Wed, 31 Dec 2008 16:10:00 +0000 ![]() It's the last day of the year 2008. Wow, it seems like this past year flew by so quickly. I hope everyone had a prosperous year and I wish you the best in the year 2009! Have a very Happy New Year!
Shareapic and Social Networking Fri, 19 Dec 2008 18:52:00 +0000 Shareapic is one of the programs, I began taking a second look at in late September 2008. My earnings were pretty dismal even though I had 27 referrals and over a year of picture sharing. I barely made over $5.00 (five dollars). Bummer, it would take me another three years to reach the minimum payout. But, not necessarily the case now as depicted in the image above (my screen shot of earning for yesterday). I have made twice as much in the past 3 months by using Shareapic in my social networking communities instead of only on my Anime Photo Galleries and More. Over the past three months, I have been experimenting with using Shareapic in my social networking communities. The results were impressive and even better, I haven't even begun to incorporate my tactics in all my social networks. A few months back, I had deleted all kinds of widgets and gadgets from my social networking profiles. It was all part of my plan to change my profile page into a faster loading page with tons of useful information similar to a website vs a flashing billboard with tons of widgets and banners. During this process photo cubes and slide shows were deleted because both caused my profile pages to load extremely slow. I could still use photo bucket to upload pictures and share them with my friends but have you even noticed the amount of exceeded bandwidth images you see? Of course, an upgraded membership would solve the problem but I don't want to pay for it. My solution was to upload my photographs directly to the website but this is very time consuming. My solution, in the end was to create a family photo album on Shareapic. Not only do I earn with impressions but it offered me unlimited bandwidth and free hosting. This is my entire family photo album I created on Shareapic. So far, I have only uploaded 51 photographs and I don't use the entire album on my social networking profile. Instead I share some of them and a link to my complete album. So, even if I don't add any new photographs to my social networking profile, my friends can easily click the link and see if I added any new photos.

Learning the Ropes at YouSayToo
Thu, 11 Dec 2008 16:49:00 +0000 Yousaytoo is my latest social networking project. I have been a member of this revenue sharing social network for quite sometime but until recently I haven't been very active. I was encouraged to give YouSaytoo another shot when I received an email announcing their latest contest and an another to announce Amazon was being added into the revenue sharing mix. It's highly unlikely I will claim one of the top ten prizes but I am optimistic about using my profile to earn some extra cash online. I jumped in a little too late to catch up to the top dogs. Cool prizes though! The ten members who have accumulated the most points will win. The prizes up for grabs are 13-inch MacBook, Acer Aspire One laptop, Nintendo Wii, iPod Touch 8GB, Sony PSP 3000, Canon Powershot, Nintendo DS, iPod Shuffle, Digital Photo Frame or a USB Flash drive. One of the issues I did experience while using YouSayToo was adding a description for my uploaded photos. No big deal, the issue was on entirely on my shoulders. All I had to do was click the yes button after entering my tags. There really isn't any directions and my lack of common sense made it an issue. Some people don't realize the importance of tagging their photos especially in a revenue sharing community. I am also having a bit of an issue with my rss feeds for my blogs. Most of my posts do appear on my YouSayToo profile but my Anime Photos and More blog has a couple of issues from time to time. I believe it's because images tend to cause hiccups in rss feeds from time to time. Best of all, it's nice to have my friends in the YouSaytoo community reading and commenting on my blogs. Cool beans. ![]() I'm happy to report Lazzeo is back up and running. It will take me at least an hour to catch up on my backlog of link exchange requests. I like exchanging links with other sites and putting the links on my profile page. It's an easy way for me to generate some traffic and add some fresh content to my profile page. It doesn't yield me a lot of visitors but I do get an occasional visit from time to time. I haven't checked their sister site Bizpreneur yet. I figured I would tackle on site at a time instead of jumping all over the place.
I'm Making A List, Checking it Twice Wed, 03 Dec 2008 17:15:00 +0000 ![]() I'm going to find out who's naughty or nice. Well, actually good or bad! Money making or not! Worth while or a waste a time! Fun or not so much! It's almost the end of the year and my list of social networks has continued to grow steadily over the past two months. I figured now was the best time to start cleaning up and start the new year with a fresh list. Lazzeo has always been on of the social networks I visited on a daily basis but they are having technical issues. So is there sister site Bizpreneur. I hope the issues are resolved and I can continue to earn with Google AdSense there. My next stop was YouSayToo. Over the past month I have been trying to work my way up the points ladder because of a contest currently being sponsored on the website. I believe my original position was somewhere over 100th place. I'm now in position 30. The only way I can foresee myself getting any closer to the any top faster is by referring new members. There's three main reasons I would recommend You Say too. The first is blog exposure. You can RSS feed all your blogs onto your profile page. You are required to set up a back link on your side bar. There are instructions for adding your FaceBook or Live Journal blog. The instructions for adding your Myspace blog are coming soon. The second reason is the opportunity to participate in the Google AdSense revenue sharing program. Yousaytoo splits the Google Adsense revenue with its users 50/50. The third reason is the option of adding Amazon to your profile too! If you have no interest of earning with Google AdSense or Amazon, there is also an option to donate your earnings to charity. It's very simple and easy to set up these options on your profile. Below is a screen shot of the edit profile page. All you need to do is add your Google Adsense publisher id and your amazon id. Click save settings and your done. YouSayToo has been my latest social networking project since I am a huge fan any social networking with money making opportunities. I plan on sharing more information about the perks and earning statistics once I have learned my way around a little bit more. I am curious to see what works and doesn't work. I'm currently in the process of answering some buzz questions and joining some of the buzz groups. I will probably stayed logged in to YouSayToo for awhile there today. Another place I visited today is the People's Choice Awards Network. No earning potential there but I find the buzz polls pretty entertaining. Besides, I like to see what celebrities, movies, television shows, etc people are choosing as their favorites. Silly me, I was selecting my choices but...since I didn't press cast my vote, it did NOT register. LOL
Lazzeo and Bizpreneur Update Wed, 03 Dec 2008 16:43:00 +0000 ![]() It's been about two weeks since I have been able to log into Lazzeo. Last night I was able to log in but I can't view my page or the pages of any of my friends on Lazzeo. I sent a message to support but have not received a reply back yet. Bizpreneur, the sister site of Lazzeo is experiencing a similar problem. It's a little more extreme though because I land on a blank page or I receive a time out error. What a bummer because I have been using both of these social networks to increase my Google Adsense earnings. Hopefully, the issues will be resolved soon. In the mean time, I plan to working on my Rotratrix friends profile. It's another free to join social network allowing members to add Google Adsense ads to their profile page.

The Biggest Social Networking Directory I Ever Seen Fri, 17 Oct 2008 17:06:00 +0000 ![]() I just wanted to tell you how excited I am about the Social Networking Directory! It has to be the biggest Web 2.0 resource out there. There are over 3,000 sites in the Social Networking Directory. The best thing though... is that they ALL have a description about what the site actually does! I mean I've seen the books where people just give you links... but the Social Networking Directory not only gives you the description of each site, it has the graphic, tags, and the link! I would like to recommend that you go and get it right now! It is F*/REE!! I wasn't sure what I would be reading this weekend but I guarantee you, I know NOW! This social networking directory is HUGE! I'm not kidding. Hey, not just the picture. hehehehehe

Yes, sometimes, I feel burnt out and take a break from the virtual world for a few days.So the question is.......does this video ring any bells for you? Hope you enjoyed it.
Social Networks for Cat Owners Sat, 09 Aug 2008 19:10:00 +0000 ![]() My kids really really love cats. I just like them. I guess if my girls would take care of their cats and not expect me to do all the dirty work, I would love them too! It just seems to be the issue in my house. Cats aren't the only pets in our home. We have a dog, 4 cats, 2 lovebirds, 1 finch, 1 turtle, 1 aquarium full of fish, and 5 hamsters in their individual cages. Oh yeah, and we have a rabbit too! I'm complaining but in actuality, I love all my pets. I just wish my kids would help out a little more with the basic care. They do give all our pets plenty of love but they don't like cleaning up after them. They save that part for me! Aren't they special? Here's a list of some cool places to hang out online and share your kitty tales! There's a few social networks, forums and dating sites for cat lovers and owners. Today has Been a Lazy Day for me in the World of Social Networking Mon, 04 Aug 2008 03:33:00 +0000 Today has been one of those days when other projects have kept me busy from my normal social networking routine. I spent the better part of my day dropping cards on entrecard today. It's has been quite sometime since I actually dropped 300 cards. I am happy to report today was one of those mission accomplished days as far as dropping entrecards. I missed reading all the blogs, it's been too long! Now, I am quite distracted from getting any thing else accomplished because I just joined yet another social network. But, as a women, it was completely irresistible! It's a place to share product reviews, but not just any product! We're talking Total Beauty products! The things that keep women looking great! I have been reading some of the reviews for products I have wanted to try but either they were too expensive or I wasn't convinced they would work as promised. I just submitted a review for Garnier Shampoo and was happy to learn I was automatically entered into a chance to win an all-inclusive spa trip to the serene Ceiba del Mar Beach & Spa Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Now, that's what I am talking about!
Earnings on Lazzeo Are NOT Automatic Fri, 01 Aug 2008 20:05:00 +0000 ![]() Over the past couple of weeks, a few members have expressed their disappointment with their Lazzeo membership and their inability to make any money there. Unfortunately, there seems to be a little confusion about how members make money social networking in the Lazzeo business social network. In order to rectify the situation, I have decided to explain exactly how members can make money as a member of the Lazzeo social networking community and the different types of memberships. I will try NOT to confuse anyone anymore than they already are. Hopefully, this post will help everyone learn just how easy it really is. Lazzeo is NOT a paid to participate community where members earn points for participation. Earnings on Lazzeo Are NOT Automatic Members earn money by placing ads on their profile. If they do NOT place ads on their profile, they will NOT be earning any money for social networking unless they have upgraded and paid for a gold or vip membership. The first thing members should do is log into their Lazzeo account and set up their ads on their profile page. If they are NOT already participating in an ad network program like Google AdSense, Yahoo, or AdBrite, they can easily do so from the Lazzeo website. Members are not obligated to use the ad networks I listed above. Some members are using Bidvertiser, CbProads or simply promoting their favorite affiliate programs. This is how FREE members are making money in Lazzeo. Every free member has the potential to EARN money social networking on Lazzeo by personally placing ads from their favorite ad network on their profile. The earnings are tracked and paid directly from their ad network. If a member decided to place Google AdSense ads on their profile, they would need to sign into Google AdSense publisher account and track their earnings. Free members do NOT earn a share of the ad revenue for any other ads appearing throughout the Lazzeo community. Simply put, free members only EARN money from the personal ads they have placed on their profile page. That's it! Nothing more. Lazzeo members pick their ad network. They place their ads. They are paid directly from their ad network. No ads, No money! That's just the way it works. <[...]

Setting Up Your Lazzeo Profile Thu, 26 Jun 2008 23:03:00 +0000 A few people have asked me how to set up their Lazzeo Business social networking profile and how they would get started in the revenue sharing program. I'm all for helping anyone interested in the money making aspect of social networking on Lazzeo. The problem is explaining it over and over again to more and more people every week. To save myself a little time and to help the people who aren't even asking, I decided to go through a few of the basic steps to start earning money social networking on Lazzeo. I also noticed a few comments here and there throughout Lazzeo business community where people were a little confused about how to make money on Lazzeo and not sure where to start.![]() The first step of course would be to sign up for a free membership on Lazzeo. There are no membership fees required for you to make money on Lazzeo. You do have the option of upgrading but it is not required and you are not limited to any areas in the business community. Upgrading your account, simply increases your earning potential. If you are already a member, great, let's move on and make you some money! As soon as your log in, you will be on your account page, not your profile page. This page will give you access to your comments, messages and your friend requests. Now, would be a great time to take a minute and upload your picture. Let people see who you are or even better recognize you from another social network. Wouldn't it be great for someone you know to recognize you and show you the ropes and answer any questions you might have? It sure is great having the right friends in the right places at the right time! ![]() Okay, let's get busy with setting up your profile page. On the very top of the screen you will see a tab labeled settings. I circled it on red in the image above. Go ahead and click the settings button. It will lead you to the following page. This is where you need to be if you want to make any changes to your profile. As you can can see the list is very short and has a brief description of what each link will lead you to. For now, let's just scroll to the very button of the list and click the last entry, Place My Ads on My Profile. You have just found the place you need to be to learn all about the ad networks available, AdBrite, Yahoo and Google Adsense. Just click the image of the ad network you are interested in. <[...]
Increasing Your Google AdSense Earnings the Fun Way Thu, 19 Jun 2008 02:19:00 +0000 ![]() A little over a year ago, I created my blog and started earning money by participating in the Google AdSense program. A few months later, I became aware of a number of social networking communities offering members the option of participating in their revenue sharing program. Most of the social networks are Google AdSense communities, however, a few do allow members other options. Today, I am going to discuss the Lazzeo Business Social Network and how simple the sign up process is and how members earn with Google AdSense. The sign up process is very simple and painless. Not a ton of questions to drive you bonkers. Below is a snapshot of the entire registration. ![]() Once you complete the registration, you can start setting up your profile and begin participating in the revenue sharing program. Unlike some revenue sharing communities, you will be creating and placing your OWN ads from the ad network of your choose and NOT simply entering your Publisher id number. Lazzeo does make it extremely easy for you to sign up and start participating in any one of the three major ad networks. You can sign up for Google AdSense, Yahoo or AdBrite by clicking the image of the ad network, you are interested in and following the sign up process. I love social networking and meeting new people. I also love checking out other members profiles and seeing how they have designed their pages. To me, socializing with people and having the option to earn with Google AdSense is so much more FUN, than simply blogging or setting up a website. It's nice to have people stop by and say hello and leave comments. So what if you are already have a MySpace profile, a blog or a website. Why not join Lazzeo, meet some new people, have some fun and increase your Google AdSense earnings. If you have any questions or concerns about setting up your Lazzeo social networking profile, by all means leave me a message and I will be happy to help. I don't think you will have any trouble whatsoever setting up your profile or adding your ads because Lazzeo has made it extremely easy. Not only do you have the typical boxes profile boxes available for setting up your profile (about me, books, videos, hobbies, interests, etc), you have four boxes available for your CUSTOM ADS! ![]() [...]

Way Cool! Surveys are Now Conversations Tue, 06 May 2008 14:41:00 +0000 ![]() dNeero just launched a big change. What they previously called a survey was really a starting point. The questions of the survey framed what people discussed. And from there people ran with it. So they went with it. From here forward they are in the conversation business. Now, anybody who comes to the survey from my blog or social network will need to answer that question in addition to the original ones. And so instead of a limited amount of survey questions, the conversation will continue to grow and add the views of so many more people. Way Cool! The results of my first opportunity with dNeero True Social Network currency formerly known as dNeero Social Surveys. Identity -- You Ain't it grand ... we're all different and all alike ... and as we move through our lives we have magnificent changes ... we are what we are ... and we change when we change ... and just maybe our networks of peeps help guide our progress. dNeero helps social people make money joining conversations and posting their opinions where their peers can join in. After filling out a questions here at dNeero.com I've already reserved some money for my effort... but haven't earned it yet. To capture that money all I have to do is post my answers to my blog and generate some traffic for a few days (all I have to do is copy-and-paste a single line of code). My blog readers will see my answers along with any other thoughts I had about the conversation. My readers can then join the conversation, or see how others from my blog answered. If they join the conversation and get paid, dNeero will pay me a recruitment fee based on what they earn. It's a fun and easy way to accumulate some extra cash online and express your views. Even better, I can donate your earnings to charity. I can opt to donate my earnings to any charity of my choice after I have completed a conversation or I can simply select from the current selection of charities available on dNeero True Social Network Currency listed below.
dNeero may not be the biggest money maker online but I have so much fun participating and I love sharing my results. I joined a few months ago and I am very close to the $20.00 minimum payout. I very excited about the changeover from surveys to conversations. This should be interesting and I think it will definitely make reaching payout a whole lot easier and faster.
MySpace Alert Thu, 01 May 2008 19:53:00 +0000 ![]() Not sure if anybody else has received this email message about MySpace Pet game but I thought I would share it. I have absolutely no idea if this is a REAL threat or a rumor but if there is any truth to it, I would feel much better if I passed the information along, just in case. I guess after you read it, you can decide what you believe or care to do about it. Below is a copy of the email I received bearing the news about the "pet game" on MySpace. MySpace has a new game in it's Applications called "Own Your Friends" (aka: The PET Game) Even though the game itself can only be accessed by MySpace users, individuals can "purchase" ANYONE from ANY Social Network. Even people that you may have deleted & blocked can BUY you. It gets BETTER, folks...Stay on point with me here... The "players' send notifications that you have been BOUGHT by them through your inbox, comments or Bulletin, the notification reads " I just bought you as a PET, click link to see how much I THINK YOU'RE WORTH. Ok. If you're a NORMAL person, this will offend you...so CLICK!!! You have just committed hard drive suicide. There is a virus embedded in the link that you just clicked & in a New York minute, your hard drive is useless. WHAT TO DO? So far, the only defense users at MySpace have is to delete & block the offenders. This is taken a step further by deleting every message, bulletin & comment the offender has ever sent. Better to be safe than sorry. This Application has been reported & Tom has been notified several times about the dangers of this game but there has been no action taken on his part as of yet. A friend of mine over there is drafting a Petition to do away with it, so we'll see how that goes. In the meantime, keep an eye out for the messages, comments & bulletins & delete them, delete & block the people playing the game & PRAY... I have lost three friends this week because they were involved in The PET Game, I thought I would be upset about this, but then, the EVOLVED side of me spoke up. " If these people were really your "friends" why would they even entertain the notion of "buying" you & why would they try to spread a fatal virus on your page?" Just wanted to give everyone the heads up because I don't want to lose any more friends & I wouldn't want to see anyone having to go through replacing their hard drive over a STUPID, ILL-CONCEIVED game. Take Care & Be Careful! ![]() I also visited Myspace and all the posts listed under "I JUST BOUGHT YOU AS MY PET" is NOT SPAM or a Virus!!![...]
My Top Ten Entrecard Droppers April 2008 Thu, 01 May 2008 14:34:00 +0000 ![]() Every month this year I have listed my top ten entrecard droppers at the beginning of the month. It's my way of saying thanks for visiting my blog. Since I can't seem to drop entrecards on a daily basis, it's easier for me to reciprocate with a little bit of link love every month. Besides my monthly post to say thanks and show my appreciation, I update the top ten entrecard droppers on my sidebar. In April 2008, the following people were the top ten entrecard droppers on my blog.
Thanks for being my top card droppers on entrecard in April. I will be updated my sidebar by the end of the day. My time is pretty limited these days. I spend most of it chasing my three year old daughter and my three year old grandson all over the house. My grandsom came to stay with me temporarily while his Mom got her affairs in order. Over the last 6 weeks I have been going crazy! They keep me running all day long. This week they haven't been as wired but last week was a nightmare. They filled the dog's water bowl with dirt, put the kitties in the fridge(they are ok, I was right behind the terrors), let my bird loose, painted the bathroom with my daughter's makeup and the list goes on and on....
