Hi, I am excitedly planning our trip for the end of 2017. Ideally, we will travel with the free dining, in December, but we are very flexible on our dates. I have a couple of questions about lodging...I hope I can get some input. Which is more expensive- 2 cabins at Ft. Wilderness or 2 bedroom...

My daughter and I have reservations in April. We have the Magic Your Way package. My 2 sisters who winter close by want to come and stay with us for a few days. They are both Annual passholders. How do I go about putting them on our reservation to stay in our room with us. Thanks.

We will be going to Disney world next november, are any of the three new lands (avatar, star wars or toy story)suppose to be open by then?

Mon, 05 Dec 2016 16:07:30 GMT

We leave Friday!! We've only stayed at the campgrounds in the summertime but my kids are begging to swim on one of our non-park days. Is the pool heated? It looks like it'll be about 79 on our first off day. That's too cold to swim in TN, but what about FL? I'm hoping that if we swim around 3pm,...

The "Never Done That" Solo Trip-Pretrip Report

Mon, 05 Dec 2016 15:20:38 GMT

I should be working this morning but thought I would take a minute to type up a little pre-trip report. Back in Sept. I planned a little long weekend in Dec with my new AP in the hopes to see some of the Christmas shows and decorations. Work has been busy and it's been up in the air as to if I...

Value Resort Buses

Mon, 05 Dec 2016 13:54:01 GMT

Is it true that the All Stars are no longer sharing buses? Someone just mentioned it to me but I wasn't sure if it was correct! That would be great since we love All Star Movies and it's always the last for pickup and drop off.:( :mickey:

2BR or 2 studios

Mon, 05 Dec 2016 03:04:41 GMT

We are planning a family trip for Nov. 2017 with our daughter, son in law and adult son. We have never stayed in a 2 BR before...usually just a studio for the two of us. Would you recommend a 2 BR suite or 2 separate studios? Less points for the two studios....but they can't guarantee that they...

Teddy Bear Lady at the Grand Floridian

Mon, 05 Dec 2016 02:58:29 GMT

Have you ever stumbled upon the eccentric older woman at the Grand Floridian pulling along a suitcase full of teddy bears? Her name is Lynn and she can usually be found in the early afternoon listening to the band start up in the lobby of the hotel. Our family happened upon her on a visit two years...

Disney Springs Doubletree Resort- Any experience there or surrounding hotels?

Sat, 03 Dec 2016 23:52:40 GMT

We're heading down in about 2 weeks, and we are trying the Doubletree at Disney Springs. With the kids and my parents, we need more space, and wanted to try an alternative to Disney villas. We usually do SS or AKL, but are looking for bigger rooms and more cost efficient, but still hopefully right...

Tokyo Disney

Sat, 03 Dec 2016 03:12:59 GMT

My 21 y/o DD has an opportunity to go to Japan for a 12 day cultural experience. We are seriously thinking about extending her trip by a few days so she can go to the resort. I welcome any and all advice, this is a a "whole new World" for her. Her college professor will be preparing her culturally,...

Sat, 03 Dec 2016 00:47:31 GMT

On our last trip a couple of weeks ago we ate at The Boathouse. I hate to say it but the food was awful. Our party of four adults were all very disappointed with our meal. The food was all extremely overseasoned and my fish was undercooked. I paid a pretty penny for a very substandard meal. We all...

Fireworks Soundtrack During MVMCP Outside Park?

Fri, 02 Dec 2016 21:27:11 GMT

Does anyone know if the soundtrack for the Holiday Wishes performance during a Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is piped into the California Grill, Polynesian Beach, etc. during the parties? Or is it kept exclusive for partygoers inside the park?

Express Transportation

Fri, 02 Dec 2016 18:18:25 GMT

For $15 per day or $24 multi-day you'll be able to get speedy, in-park and site-to-site transportation. I wonder if it's worth it? We rarely go from park to park. Rather it's typically park, resort and rest then park. I'll tell you want I would pay for is full day, unlimited FP+. ...
