It has been fun learning to play on our new toy.
I love that I can check out photography books now, and read magazines.

Cupcake Camp

A local church offered some fun camps, and I signed the girls up for the cupcake decorating class.

One of the days during the week, we had to bring 2 dozen cupcakes to contribute.

 they made strawberry lemonade cupcakes
one of the cute hamburger cupcakes they made
they were so cute.
It was a fun class, although by the end of the week we were all sugared out for a bit.  lol

It was a good finish for the year.
They will continue on playing in 5th grade as well.

A Millionaire

I am so proud of Miss C.  She had a goal this year, and even made it one of her New Year's Resolutions, to read 1,000,000 words this school year.

This past week, she did it!  She was so proud of herself, and we are so proud of her sticking with it and achieving her goal!
Awesome job Miss C!!!!

Flow Rider

Our local councilmember sponsored a pancake breakfast and opened the Rhodes Jr. pool yesterday 4/27.
We took the girls and they each got to ride the Flowrider for free.  There were not that many people who used the pool, so the girls had a great time jumping off the diving boards as many times as they wanted.

New Friend

 This is Sophie
She is a rescue off the streets of Mesa

Miss Sophie is a cute little thing and very hard to take pictures of.
She loves me and the girls.....but the cats not so much.
We are hoping to train her to tolerate the cats.
She is not spayed yet and we are waiting to get our SNAP aplication back and get her taken care of soon....with no cost.
We took her last week for her rabies and we gave her all the other shots she needs.
The feelings are mutual...true love.

Phase one is now over.  Their teeth look so gorgeous!

Miss C also got her fair share of eggs too.

My sweet girls...they are growing up.
