As far as using the lime, yes it started in Mexico, but it was used to clean the top of the can because they would get a lot of dust on them, so since the water sucks they used the limes to clean them and not to put in the beer. Great shows. Lingo

The reason you put lime in Coronas is because they were originally only made in Mexico. The water in Mexico is mucho-stinky! The lime was to get rid of the smell and the taste of that funkified agua. Good job on the show. The bit about the Carnies had me laughing my head off. Jeremy From Japan. (But I grew up in Texas, that's how I know about the Coronas.)
