This is my perfect meme as I am a nosey mare! I hope someone tags me or I may just DIY like you.  What a lovely kitchen, very tidy and organised cupboards!, love the magnetic spice jars. Brilliant idea.

Love the tour, and I LOVE your magnetic spice pots! I have a cupboard that is stuffed full of spice jars, and I've been looking for a better way of storing them for so long. Sadly my extractor hood is higher than yours and I couldn't do the same thing, but it's given me something to think about for sure :)

Thanks for the tag too... I'll do mine soon (well, as soon as I've finally done the iPhone one you tagged me in last month!

Re: How to Fake a British Accent?

Tue, 07 Jun 2011 23:14:54 -0000

hi, I have a very similar problem to this. I got told lately that my accent sounded fake by someone who hardly knows me..this is the first time someone has told me anything like that to my face. I thought it was so rude..it was like he was laughing at me while saying it. I told him I didn't appreciate the comment, told him it was rude. He scoffed and said 'i'm just a rude person' and walked away as I was talking to him. THAT really pisses me off. Had he told me something like that in front of a group of people I have no idea what I would have said or done. I think it's wrong to judge people this way. Who cares really anyhow??

I use zee and zee-bra, hubby uses zed and zeh-bra.  Dear son knows both and uses the appropriate one depending on who he's around.  =)
