By: Tara @ Feels like home Fri, 24 Oct 2008 01:48:54 +0000 I found digital scrapbooking fairly recently, and I totally love it. It's much more convenient for me. I recommend digital!
By: Therese Bishop Thu, 23 Oct 2008 21:25:23 +0000 I LOVE...LOVE..LOVE BOOKS! This looks like the type of book this cool and hip mamma needs on her bookshelf. That is AFTER I read it!! BEING CREATIVE...IS MY WHOLE REASON FOR LIVING! I love to create/share/get together with friends to create. It is more than getting together...you share your day/events/what is going on. Better than sex? Heck no! But a darn close second!
By: kat Thu, 23 Oct 2008 21:02:56 +0000 I haven't found the patience or creativity to scrapbook yet, but maybe this book would help!
By: tiabel Thu, 23 Oct 2008 20:48:08 +0000 It's amazing how doing something creative can free you to share and connect with people. I've had some of my best conversations while crafting and scrapbooking with my friends and family. It's like play-therapy for grownups.
By: Debba Haupert Thu, 23 Oct 2008 09:50:13 +0000 Hi Girlfriends! We've got two of Kathleen's new books so we'll leave this drawing open until Sunday night. Leave a comment and you're in the drawing! Also, don't forget to send in your girlfriend stories for the Oct. monthly Girlfriendology Contest. For example, you could send us stories about you and your scrapbooking girlfriends!
By: NYell Mon, 20 Oct 2008 14:51:46 +0000 What a nice idea, I love to scrapbook but rarely find the time to do it myself let alone with other women. For now, I've been blogging when I can instead. A copy of the book would be a really nice extra push to MAKE the time to do something I love so much!
By: Mary Mon, 20 Oct 2008 13:03:53 +0000 My closest group of friends is my scrapbooking buddies. We used to get together every week, and it was the most therapeutic thing ever! Miss those days.
By: sandwiched Mon, 20 Oct 2008 13:02:58 +0000 I'm a frustrated scrapbooker, probably because I have perfectionist tendencies. But while I was active, I loved the camaraderie of going to crops, the creative outlet, and of course, shopping for fabulous supplies! A copy of this book would be a great way to dip my toes back in...maybe I'll be inspired. |
