1000+ phono records -LPs/78s (Decatur)

I have a huge collection of phonogaph records for sale. Mostly LPs, there are also a couple of boxes of 78s. LPs are a mix of genres - -leaning toward classical/orchestral music. Some are boxed sets. 78s are mostly popular music from that era. I' in the process of settling my parents' estate and need to find a home for the vast number of records my father accumulated over the years. Some were stored in cabinets in the living room, others were packed in carboard boxes in the basement. I don't know much about the condition of the records since they've been stored, but I do know that back in the day my dad was really into his stereo equipment and sound quality, and he was very fussy about taking care of his records.

Here's the catch -- unfortunately I do not have a catalog of everything in the collection, and I am unable to make one. I am closing my parents' estate and have to clear everything out ASAP as the house is being sold. I live in the Seattle area-- the records are in Decatur. My next trip to Decatur is next week and I have to get everything sold during that trip. I have no access to them until then, and I think it would take quite a while to make a complete list, so I just don't see any way to do it.

I'm grasping at straws here, but if you are going to be in the Decatur area, or know someone who is, or are willing to take a drive down to evaluate the collection, please contact me. You'd be taking a gamble, and I'm willing to work out a price accordingly. I don't know if any of them are unusually rare or valuable, and I while I don't have the time to researh them individually, I can't just throw them away either.

I've got a LOT of Spider-man comics that I'm looking to part with. They include the main titles- Amazing, Spectacular, Web, and (No Adjective) Spider-man, as well as some assorted minis and such. Most of the collection is from the mid-late 1990s, but there are a few books from the early 1990s and early 2000s. Almost all of the books are in Fine or better condition and most are bagged and boarded.
I'm happy to sell them ALL as one big lot or to sell them off individually or in small lots. And I'm VERY willing to let them go for cheap- like 10 or 25 cents a book (this price doesn't including shipping costs, obviously). I'm willing to negotiate, especially for people interested in large quantities.
