TECH IT OUT :)

Thu, 05 Jul 2007 12:17:03 +0000

Community websites is the new buzz thing in the web currently. Now more and more people want to upload, share films, music, videos and photos with their friends across the internet. The need for having community websites has increased no end. You can also create blog and groups and invite your friends to share your blogs and be a member of your group in the community website.

Community websites are created by owners who invite customers to share media, content and photos over the internet with their friends or general public. The customers can upload photos, movies and write and view blog's. The owners can also restrict as to what type of content can be displayed in the website. There are other parties who provide this community software. The owners need to purchase these software's otherwise called plugins and install them and they are ready to run. This helps the owners to need not have expenditure in building the software as they are readily available and also saves them lots of time and effort.

If you want to have your community website built contact the right firm, software people who can help design, program, implement and support this community software and can also create manuals for the software providing customers 24 hours round the clock support.

SINGLE MOTHERS- WORLD'S MOST POWERFUL WOMEN

Sat, 26 May 2007 05:42:45 +0000

There are over 12.8 million single mothers with children at home in the U.S. today.

I am one of them. And I've had enough. Enough of the stigma attached to the phrase "single mother." Still surviving against all odds with five boys, two special needs kids, one heart condition, a brain tumor, an eviction notice from my own mother, and a whole lot more!

Enough with the stereo-typing and judgment and FOX's Bill O'Reilly's ignorant and repulsive remarks aimed at a group of mothers who are arguably the most powerful, resourceful, loyal, humble, loving, gifted, courageous, selfless, fearless, determined women in the world.

Welcome to MY world!

You can read my columns at www.singlemothers.org and at brandon2.tbo.com -click on "also in brandon"-I am the last columnst listed.

I would like to hear from every "single" single mother today who is surviving against unbelievable odds, all on her own. Talk to me ladies- LOUDLY!

sunday and jeans

Sun, 04 Feb 2007 22:35:33 +0000

So, I wore Jeans to church today. I put on 3 different outfits before I decided that it was a Jeans day. I wrote a newsletter a couple of months ago and mentioned how jeans are the "new" LBD. I love my jeans, and thankfully there are so many choices now for every body type. So not only did I wear jeans, I wore my black boots with them. Let me tell you that I have never been sooooo comfortable in church. well, the was the few minutes I was kneeling at the altar and I felt like my shirt was around my neck and my "love handles"were in full view- but other than that, it was a wonderful feeling, to be so comfortable. In fact, I even overheard a women say "I wish I had worn my jeans today" no, I am choosing to believe she was being sincere and not facisious- we are in church remember. So, because of my comfort I went straight to the grocery store without coming home first to get more comfy and still had my jeans on until about 10 minutes ago, and that is simply because Ii am getting "superbowl" ready in my comfy jammies. So, all in all I have been in complete comfort today and isnt that what God wants is for us to enjoy the day for Him and in His name. Faith, family, friends and fashion- what else is there

Reviewers Please

Wed, 06 Dec 2006 02:25:16 +0000

I have created a Holiday CD of spoken word mixed with music and I'd like some comments on what you think. It's called "Hope for the Holidays"

I am selling it and donating a portion of the proceeds to charity.

Would you help me out and give me some feedback please? You can access it by going to: http://www.talk2bev.com/holiday.htm

Thanks!

Peace & Blessings,

Battery Charger for Cannon Powershot SD400 needed

Sat, 29 Jul 2006 01:02:02 +0000

The day before coming to blogher my battery charger disappeared. I did a CSI Toddler investigation, though it turned up nothing.

Anybody at Blogher have a charger I could borrow?

Thanks,

BOOK SIGNING

Fri, 07 Apr 2006 16:17:21 +0000

I wanted to let everyone know I am doing my first book signing tonight. I sent "Shades Of Valor" to Oprah Winfrey, Diana Sawyer and Ellen DeGeneres so hopefully I will hear something. Wouldn't that be kewl. If you have a chance read it and see what you think.

I JUST GOT MY SECOND GREAT GRANDBABY.....I finally found something I am not old enough to have. Most people at 60 are excited about grand kids but I have a great grandson - 9, Seth and now a great granddaughter, Mya. She was born at 4:56 pm on 4/5/06, isn't that cosmic beauty? I have a basket full of booties, caps, capes, blankets and the cuties pair of shorts and halter top... :-) I am going to Green Bay to stay with my Granddaughter and help with the baby. GreatGrammy quality time.
Have a great day...

can all us editors havea session during the conf..?

Sun, 29 Jan 2006 15:26:00 +0000

I just read through the comments thread on opml -feeds -etc.. and it gave me this idea, that perhaps it would be nice for all the editors to get together and have a communities of practice type session where we share tips on our info management ritual et al' sorry I am not being terribly eloquent I just woke up.

We could also wear silly hats and make up a cheer. I realize that this last part will probably get done at the party but for us out of towners another meet and greet would be really nice..

cheers
