Answer:  Whether caught up in stress or stress-free, your brain actually produces 5 volts of electrical power. Here is something to put that in perspective: A 5 volt light bulb will not even light up a refrigerator. But a 5 volt laser will burn through steel.

This is a good example to understand the difference between a focused brain, and a stressed unfocused brain. But there is a great way to bust your stress at the same time supercharge your brain power using  mental focus techniques.
