Chuck, I suspect you're just being polite. I'd go a step further and say a press-release podcast is just about the silliest thing I've ever heard of. It misses the very point that has made podcasts such superb vehicles for communicating with an audience: that podcasts are full of content that a niche group of listeners wants. A press-release podcast combines the lame content of a traditional press release with the narrow reach of a podcast. Great idea: let's make something really boring that few people will hear!
