Adecco has an opening for an Engineer-Facilities in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Engineer - Facilities position is responsible for engineering and administrative functions associated with provisioning of interconnection facilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyzing the network to determine capacity and growth requirements for IOF, entrance facilities, and inter-switch trunking. In addition, the Engineer will be required to design/project manage the installation of rings, multiplexers, and/or facility hubs as necessary to achieve design goals.
The administrative duties include provisioning and tracking the facility requests within the region. Review any obstacles with Customer and/or Vendor that need to be rectified before installation can proceed. Perform services application/configuration design work for customer requirement, including but not limited to a Line Configuration Sheet. Update AESOP with order package, miscellaneous document information and application/configuration design, utilizing an AESOP QA Checklist to confirm all required documentation and applicable information is available. Coordination of internal cross functional departments such as, Provisioning, Transport, Field Operations, Internet Operations, etc. Notify Customer and/or Vendor of installation milestones and specifically firm order commitment (FOC) dates, as they become available. Modis Chicago is looking for a Mid-Sr. Level Cisco Network/VoIP professional for an excellent permanent opportunity with one of Chicago's top Healthcare organizations!  This position calls for mainly Voice(60%) experience and Networking (routing/switching - 40%).  The right type of candidate will have a laid back personality, the ability to lead when asked, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
