Network Technical Operations Dispatcher
The NTO Dispatcher is primarily responsible for the dispatching of all outside plant repair technicians, as well as inside plant technicians in the field. This includes coordinating, and planning geographically, how and where to send technicians for repair jobs and production related tasks. The NTO Dispatcher will act as a liaison between internal teams reporting issues and requests be made to the Network Technical Operations organization.
