Until the next episode

Wed, 07 Oct 2009 02:44:00 +0000

Many of you have noticed that, um, this blog is basically never updated. And most of the links have died. I think I put off posting this for awhile, afraid to admit that this stage of my career is over. Yes, I, also known as DJ Million Dollar Snake Babies, am still making music. Yes, some of it even exists as DJ MDSB. However, the frequency I once posted new songs on is neigh impossible for me. And I have split my time between DJ MDSB and my other project, Breakfast. However, there are a few important things to know.

All DJ MDSB songs can be found in this download folder.
Doc Nasty and I started a new blog. This blog will include all new music.

As always, I can be reached at Feel free to get in touch about anything.

Best wishes,

PS -

I want to reiterate, DJ MDSB is not dead. I have plenty of new songs that will be heard at some point.

DJ MDSB vs. Culture Bully: Round 2

Thu, 25 Dec 2008 00:34:00 +0000

Hi everyone,

For the first time in almost a year, there's a new DJ MDSB song. I was asked to do something based on a thing that I loved in 2008 by my dear friend over at the blog Culture Bully. After playing with countless ideas, I eventually settled upon She and Him, and this mash is the result.

You can read the whole scoop here.

I'll back from time to time to update on all things DJ MDSB. Greatest Hiss, the next planned mixtape is coming along nicely and will be out in a bit. There will be some news on Breakfast as well.

Happy holidays,

Coming soon to an internet near you...

Wed, 15 Oct 2008 04:10:00 +0000

DJ MDSB is back. Doc Nasty is in jail (malpractice). No more regular updates (obviously). Greatest Hiss is a work in progress and will be out in a few months. During the downtime, DJ MDSB worked on a soul sampling project thing called Breakfast. mp3s to follow.

PDR Presents Introduction

Wed, 19 Dec 2007 20:47:00 +0000

Hi ya'll

I figured since we might have some new readers after DJ MDSB's collaborative mixtape with Culture Bully and being listed on the Top 15 Mashups of 2007, I'd give a little introduction on PDR.

PDR is mashup blog, as you may have noticed. Doc Nasty and I (DJ Million Dollar Snake Babies) post around two new mashups a week. Every single one is available for free download. I think we have somewhere around 50 songs up right now. Comment if a link goes down or whatever.

We have myspaces too:

Say hi! There might be a new mashup tonight, if not, tomorrow is your lucky day.

Oh, and for all you diggers out there, DJ MDSB is on two digg pages and it would be awesome if you would also digg them so I could get past "What If God Smoked Cannabis."

Details will be revealed soon. Plus "No Snakes Attached" will be released before the end of 2008. Actually I'm aiming for a January or February release for that, but who knows.

Anyway, this is Snoop Dogg and Pharrel's "Drop It Like It's Hot" against Shh... This Is A Library's "Is This A Crush?" I promise there will be two posts this weeks.
