Hi There, Carina!
Thank you for sharing your reading list! I find that I am reading more as well! I join a Monday link up called “Book Date” (https://bookdate.blogspot.com/) which keeps me reading. Goodreads is a helpful method I’m keeping track of my reading – it’s fast and easy to use! In fact I added Eleanor Oliphant is Fine and The Sewing Machine to my “want to read” list! Actually, my husband really wanted to see the film, Hidden Figures! Fantastic!
Those bookmarks are so cute and colorful! Thank you for sharing!

I just finished Eleanor Oliphant last week and was pleasantly surprised to care about the characters and find it an enjoyable satisfying read. I'm going to look up some more of these; I'm caught up on my podcasts and there's only so many times one can listen to harry potter....

Lovely! My grandmother’s now adorns my living room... has a natural finish. It’s one of my most precious things, given the memories. (My mom was actually born on Amager.) They seem hard to find when I’m in DK, even at flea markets.

I started my hexie traveller on a trip to Sweden and Finland in 2009. I pick it up in between other projects, and whenever I travel. Its about a quarter done (of queen size). I use charm packs of whatever takes my fancy and add in scraps from my other sewing projects, so its also a record of my projects.

My favourite thing to stitch is a gift for anyone I love. I love the shape of mandalas and how much design is included. Previously I have enjoyed the Scandanavian look as well for items on my grand daughters clothing. Thanks for lovely opportunity to win your fabulous book.

These photos are lovely!

I recently developed a fascination with John Atkinson Grimshaw's work (the way he rendered light makes little cartoon hearts pop up over my head) and the estuary photos reminded me of some of his paintings.
