Chinese manufacturer to build first U.S. facility in Georgia, create 70 jobs

(image) A Chinese manufacturer has picked Walton County to house its first U.S. facility. Gov. Nathan Deal's office announced Friday that Top Polymer Enterprise, which creates thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), is investing $15 million in a facility in Social Circle. The investment includes hiring 70 jobs, which include positions in manufacturing and production.
