You had me at bourbon. We just ate pork tenderloin this week too, but it was a Smithfield's pre-seasoned. Nathan cooked it, but I think he would be interested in seasoning one himself. I'm going to bookmark this, and put it in the "for Nathan to attempt" section. ;)

That sounds delicious. John and I LOVE pork. Not sure why, but we make it a lot. Cinnamon and bourbon sound really good with it. I like pork recipes with fruit - it seems to like fruit.
