Well, what do you expect from a virtually unimpeachable individual that is appointed for life to one of the highest positions in the federal government. He is part of the aristocracy. Power corrupts, does it not? Maybe they should not have lifetime appointments?

I watched Scalia speak with a group at the Institute. (on c-span) He was awful, a disgrace to America. He was nasty to his audience, he could not tolerate any challenge from his intelligent audience. He had a young questionner thrown out and refused to answer questions by some attendees. The questions were relevant, though he said they were not. God help us, if he stays on the court. I think it speaks poorly of lawyers, and he proved all the stereotypes. Rob
