Hey Great job John. :) I have never been a big fan of counting calories, but if it works for you that is what is important. There will be more money post coming up. Glad you enjoyed it. Adrienne :)

Adrienne, I really liked your money story it made a lot of sense. I have been following your advice earlier and been investing very aggressively. You had a few typos probably because of time constraints etc.. Bought this book called Volumentrics on weight contol top choice from Consumer Reports. My weight has simply not been going down . Learned some things like peanut butter has 290 calories for every 2 spoons!! and nuts has the same ..Just by changing foods I can save lots of calories. I am changing cereals to save 140 calories every morning and across the board to focus on calories to a 2000 calorie diet. SO my weight has started to finally go down..whew. I was burning all the time from the dancing walking etc..but the stupid little foods was keeping me from losing..apylyling a litte intelligence to life ehh..hey this box doesnt let me delete stuff..making typos too! lol... Keep it up!! Thanks John
