Rutgers Failed to Monitor Football Program, N.C.A.A. Finds

The N.C.A.A. said the former Rutgers Coach Kyle Flood failed to monitor his staff or follow proper drug-testing policies. Rutgers, which had previously suspended Flood, fired him in November 2015.The N.C.A.A. faulted the university and the former coach Kyle Flood for violations related to recruiting and drug testing.
