So Susie,
I have to ask how are you doing? Haven't heard anything from you in a bit and wondered how your leg was healing?????

Also, I have to tell you that I've been telling everyone about your blog. I write down the address for them and tell them how fantastic it is. Then probably for about 10 of the 20 people I've told, I actually go to your blog and show them. Know what they have been seeing front and center for the past cople of weeks????? Your toilet with water damaged floor. They look at me all goofy and I say "No, really it's usually very inspirational and full of great tips and motivation." HA!!! How about a post update so I can stop showing off your toilet.

I've been sharing your blog address with my good peoples and talking about your recipes and was wondering if you would either post them again or email them to me (pretty please). Gracias chica!

Okay girl, I've gotten the physical therapy in...

Okay girl, I've gotten the physical therapy info. The bruise occurs below the injury (as you noticed). You need to get physical therapy asap (don't wait any longer) so they can do deep tissue work to break up the scar tissue that is setting in as we speak otherwise it will never go away and your chance of pulling it again in the future is very likely and your chance of returning to physical activity (jogging, walking, etc) will be in jeopardy. So my very trusted friends who have helped me through countless injuries (I'm a bit injury prone) recommend going to the doctor right away. It's a BIG deal. Hope that info helps.

Where to begin . . .
1. Your leg looks VERY sore!!! Wowzers. I'm hoping that you had put ice on it the first couple of days after it happened?!?!. Generally the advice is say RICE (rest, elevation, ice, compression - like wrapping it with an ace bandage). I might avoid some blood thinners, aspirin, and ibuprofen for the time being. Let me show my rehab friends to see what they say tomorrow.
2. Your home looks beautiful. It's an amazing feeling having all the pieces back together. I'm sorry you had to go through it - been there done that and hated most every second of it.
3. Congratulations on losing 3.5 pounds despite being gimpy. That's incredible!!!!! I'm glad that you are working your plan and that the plan is working for you. You go girl.

Keep up the great progress!! I'm cheering for you every step of the way.
