Hi! I know this is kinda off topic but I'd figured I'd ask. Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest writing a blog article or vice-versa? My website discusses a lot of the same subjects as yours and I believe we could greatly benefit from each other. If you happen to be interested feel free to shoot me an email. I look forward to hearing from you! Great blog by the way!

Chopped is a farce!! i was a chef for 22 years and cooked for some old time hollywood stars. in the episode with Jacques Torres the judges SUCKED. even though he brought his own ingrediant where does Ted Allen say in the rules EVERY SHOW that that is a no no. well the judges said his food was terrible. BUT the lady chef did NOT EVEN FINISH THE CHALLENGE!! in other episodes that was an automatic out if if other dishes were terrible too. rules need to be stated more clear!!!! also in that episode with Arron Sanches that was just a farce!! did you watch it???? Judges just gushing over ANOTHER JUDGES DISHES AND HIM WINNING!!! well just like Happy Days and the Fonzie, Chopped has JUMPED THE SHARK and is now a total sham. have some integrity and at least get judges who are not regulars and think that they are just the best that anyone can ever be with their attitudes. WHO IN YOUR ORGANIZATION WATCHES THIS AND DOES NOT GET IT!!

With Chopped All-Stars bringing in some of the best ratings in the history of Food Network I doubt they tamper with the line up. That would be idiotic. Check out my exclusive interview with Alex Guarnaschelli HERE. She dishes on Chopped All-Stars.

I love the show Chopped, I think all the competitors are amazing for making what they have in the time and without knowing the ingredients ahead of time. But I absolutely HATE Alex Guarnaschelli! She is such the stuck up b*#ch! She always comes across as arrogant, generally unpleasant to all the competitors, and always seems to be looking down on other chefs. I mean seriously, I doubt she's that great herself. I don't see her competing on Chopped herself in the All Stars episodes and there are better chefs than her competing. I wish they would take her off the show.

Comment on The Orion Cooker – this is new. by Panache76

Prevention is the best offense. Take Tin Foil and prepare the bottome of the cooker, wrappig the dish and a bit of the sides in bit of the foil. That'll prevent splatter or drippings from caking on (and they will). So, with this bit of help, you can rotate from one meat to the next and you won't have to clean out the inside with soap, water, and bristle brush. I'll also say that this way also turns an hour clean up into like 5 minutes. Enjoy

Hi. I'm commenting on Chopped. I used to enjoy it; however, I'm disappointed this season. First off, on the Halloweem episode last week was reallly awful. The judges were rude to the competing chefs; the judges didn't know some of the menu items, had never seen, cooked and/or discussed the chefs variety of their menu selection to the judges. Second, last night's Chopped had rattlesnake as a menu item. None of the judges had probablly eaten that type of meat and/or ever cooked it. The judges comments to the chefs were behond rude, and condensenting. One of the judges could only comment on the beans. I'm asking several things from the producers of the show. I would like Ted Allen to ask each of the judges it they have ever seen, cooked, and eaten all of the items on the menu. Second, I would like to see each of those judges compet with each other; ie., plan, cook, eat, and present their item to an individual who know none of the judges. And, Mr. Allen, do you cook? Thank you for your time in reading these comments. Dgedlich
