Ger O'Donoghue is a new name in Wexford politics as he launches election campaign

While an election could be some ways off just yet, a new face in Wexford politics is determined to hit the ground running as he officially launched his campaign for election to Dáil Eireann. Davidstown native Gerald O'Donoghue announced his intention to run in the next general election under the banner of Renua Ireland, one of Ireland's newest political parties.

Teacher at Wexford school alleged to have taped schoolgirls' mouths

Remarkable Lizzie celebrates her 105th birthday surrounded by family and friends

Red carpet rolled out for Taiwanese Ambassador

The red carpet was well and truly rolled out in Enniscorthy as Taiwanese Ambassador to Ireland Mr Simon Tu arrived for a special visit. The ambassador took in all the sights and sounds of historic Enniscorthy and was welcomed to the Castle by Enniscorthy Historical Re-enactment society in full traditional dress.

Global centre of excellence on way to Enniscorthy

Eleven businesses receive grant aid

Boy is awarded €7.5m for crash before his birth
