Dorothy: anytime you cook with raw eggs, you take on a risk—I myself was a little skittish about it. However, if you're using good-quality eggs from a respected source, you don't have much to worry about. It was a risk my coworkers and I were willing to take, and we're glad we did!

In the chocolate mousse recipe you do not good the eggs. Is that dangerous?
