Comment on The New Cultural Siberia by Christopher G. Moore by Sam Wright

Ahh Christopher, such well stated insights are telling, painfully so; a thoughtful, old Testament apocalyptic prophecy, a crying out --lost in the chaotic wilderness of our rapidly changing times. For what its worth, a year ago, it came to me that we have return to feudalism. Only this time, it is Global Feudalism. The new Lords and Royals are the Billionaires. Their Feudal Fiefdoms are stateless virtual markets and digital states of mind. The gap between the wealth and power of these Feudals and us New Order Peasants is no less than in the Middle Ages. From this perspective, the lucky amongst the new peasantry are those who are in a limited positions to chose which Lords to pay fealty to. Ladies and Lords who seem best able to protect us and advance our interests as they advance their own interests in their, for sure, future conflict with other billionaire royal elites. I look forward to your expanded thoughts on the global mythos these new rulers will advance and how they will do so, and the functions these myths will serve, both old and new. Heretofore you story tellers played a key part, along with the movie makers, the song messengers and the net gossip communities. Now will AI 'Watsons' do this creative work? Always a pleasure Christopher. My Respects for such forthright and nobly challenging thoughts and values. Sam
