Nikola, great interview. In YouScan, we are also shifting our focus from providing our clients with basic monitoring results (which sometimes are really noisy due to the nature of the social media) to providing smart and actionable analytics and insights. By the way good point about image recognition, and there's a potential solution for that which we are also looking at: https://cloud.google.com/vision/ It may help companies like yours and ours to enable image recognition for monitoring purposes.
